Winter Well-Being Guide issued
NOW could be the time to pick up Cornwall Council’s ‘Winter Well-Being Guide’.
Produced by Inclusion Cornwall, and funded by the County Council’s public health team, the document features advice on preparing for a cold and damp weather season, as well as tips on how to stay warm, well, safe and happy over the winter.
The guide might, literally, be a life-saver for those in trouble or need.
