Community Tree Planting scheme tops a million
A COMMUNITY tree planting programme that was started five years ago has now reached a million trees across Cornwall.
Cornwall Council’s latest ‘Stay in Touch’ newsletter has full details of the ‘Forest for Cornwall’ project, plus… Transport for Cornwall is transforming family bus trips into legendary journeys this summer.
There’s also a new scheme that aims to enhance the quality of care services some residents receive… the free MyCoast app is launched across the 60 RNLI lifeguarded beaches in Cornwall… plus details of activities and ideas for children and families in the summer holidays.
