Sandplace and Longcoe plans lodged
TWO planning applications for properties in Morval Parish have been lodged with Cornwall Council and will come before the Parish Council at its monthly meeting in the Village Hall, Widegates, on Wednesday, April 2.
Terry Foster has applied to change the use of Old Chapel Cottage at Sandplace from a holiday let to residential use, making it an additional area for The Old Post Office with the creation of an internal doorway at ground-floor level.
The application (Ref No. PA2500593) can be viewed at: https://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?keyVal=SQPKQKFGLL200&activeTab=summary
The second plan concerns Tony Berry’s application for prior approval to change the use of an agricultural building to a single, detached, two-bedroomed residential dwelling with associated external amenity space and car parking on land north-east of Longcoe Farm, St Martin’s.
That application is Ref No. PA25/02095 and can be viewed at: https://planning.cornwall.gov.uk/online-applications/centralDistribution.do?caseType=Application&keyVal=ST9HFMFGHWA00.
While both plans will come before the Parish Council next month, as ever in planning matters, the final decisions will rest with Cornwall Council.
